Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods like food, flowers, and plants, custom or personalized products, personal care items such as beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.

If you’d like to exchange an item, the best way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation needed. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued back to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us for assistance.
